Description: | This committee is responsible for our Bike/Walk to school event that takes place every year. These individuals are responsible for organizing at executing the event. They provide donated snacks and water as well as organize volunteers from Oakwood High School. |

Description: | This committee is responsible for leading the coding club. This is traditionally a club that has met after school and utilizes programs to learn the skill of coding. This is a club offered for 3rd-6th grade. |

D.A.R.E | ||

Description: | D.A.R.E stands for "Drug Abuse Resistance Education". This committee is responsible for organizing and executing educational opportunities to teach our young Harman Students about the dangers of Drugs. |

Description: | This committe is responsible for keeping the grounds of Harman School looking beautiful. If you enjoy gardening, this is the perect committee for you. You will be responsible for organzing volunteers and executing their roles. |

Grand Affair | ||

Description: | This committee is responsible for executing our Grand Affair event. Grand Affair is a walk-through art gallery featuring art displays from all the students at Harman School. It is a wonderful event. Light beverages and snacks are included as well as volunteers to help hang all the artwork. |

Description: | This committee is responsible for organizing and executing our Scholastic Book Fair. The book fair runs for several days and requires many volunteers. This event provides countless free books for our school as well as keeps our kids reading! |

Description: | This committe works with a partner company called SchoolKidz. This incredible company provides parents the opportunity to purchase all their "Back-to-school" items from one place. This is also a fundraising opportunity for the PTO. |

Sixth Grade Recognition | ||

Description: | This committe is responsible for recognizing our 6th grade class as they move onto the Junior Highschool. It's a special time for our Harman kids as they make this transition. This committe organizes and executes an event/dance to honor them. Students typically pay a ticket admittance fee to attend the dance. |

Description: | This committee is responsible for organizing different events to honor our teachers. Whether that be a nice catered meal, or purchasing classroom items from a teacher's wishlist. We want to make our teacher's feel special and honor them year-round. |
